About Christos Fidanis

Christos Fidanis is a graduate of the Technical University of Crete with a diploma from the Department of Production and Management Engineering. Due to health issues he started practicing Yoga and since then has become an integral part of his life. He joined the Yoga path and completed a 200-hour training. He is E-RYT 200h certified from Yoga Alliance International India

He is also senior aerial yoga instructor, Pranayama instructor as well as Thai therapist, by completing his training at the renowned Krishnataki Sunshine house where the received experience was crucial for his later career. His classes are full of harmony and flow following the traditional path of Hatha Yoga.

About the Event
