When booking any of our packages for three days or more, your meals are included. Your experience can start on the day of your arrival -or even before- with a consultation with our Nao Team to discuss your concerns and arrange prognostics and biometric tests.
Upon arrival, our team will provide your personalized itinerary, including treatments, lifestyle interventions, and a tailored nutrition plan.
Throughout your stay, you’ll receive continuous guidance and support.
